26, 2009 - At 0936 hours, Units with the 2nd
Battalion were alerted to the 100 block of 36th
Street, NE for a house. E27 arrived on side Alpha of
a two story row with smoke showing from the first
and second floor. E27 found a basement fire with
extension and held the first floor. The fire was
quickly knocked down with the primary search
negative. One member of E27 received burns to his
upper body and was transported to the Burn Center
for further evaluation.
