11, 2008 - At 0424 hours, Units with the 2nd
Battalion were alerted for a personal injury
accident at I295 and East Capitol St. E27 responded
southbound and E19 responded northbound. E19 found
the accident on the northbound side and advised they
had a vehicle that rear ended a parked tractor
trailer on the shoulder of I295. Unfortunately, the
driver of the car succumbed to their injuries on the
scene.
